Letter Dear Administrator Jackson, I want to thank you for your recent demonstration of leadership in restoring the Chesapeake Bay. After 25 years of voluntary cleanup goals, it is clear that the Bay needs a more rigorous plan. I believe the EPA’s recent executive order is an excellent start.
